Warranties

IRRIGATION

CMA Outdoor Services LLC warranties materials installed for two years from the date of installation on newly added irrigation systems and other components that support operating your irrigation system. LABOR to repair or replace the components of the sprinkler system is covered for one year from installation. This warranty includes all system components installed by CMA Outdoor Services LLC, including the controller, valves, sprinkler heads, pipe, and backflow device.

The warranty covers only defects in materials or workmanship and expressly excludes improper usage of the system, damage caused by freezing, fire, flooding, lightning strikes, and any other natural phenomena, or damage by any other cause. Any modification or repair of the system by any company other than CMA Outdoor Services LLC voids this warranty. This warranty expressly excludes the cost of testing the backflow device as may be required by water providers after the initial inspection at installation. Clogging of system components due to debris in the water supply is also excluded.

CMA Outdoor Services LLC reserves the right to void all warranties if the full Start Up and Shut Down Seasonal Packages are not performed by CMA Outdoor Services LLC.

CMA Outdoor Services LLC does not conduct backflow testing.

CMA Outdoor Services LLC purchases all materials directly from qualified and vetted distributors.

CMA Outdoor Services LLC warrants for one year that all lawn or planter bed areas detailed or specified in the original proposal will be properly irrigated according to industry standards in effect at the time of installation. Changes to beds or changes due to plant growth are not covered.

Timers that operate your outdoor irrigation system are warranted by the manufacturer. CMA Outdoor Services LLC will warrant LABOR for one year on any timer installed by CMA Outdoor Services LLC. This is limited to issues that affect your timer as a result of natural phenomena such as lightning strikes, flooding, and any other natural weather or disaster.

Irrigation work performed on any property is subject to our service team taking pictures or video as proof of performed work. CMA Outdoor Services will never compromise your privacy as part of this policy. This information is kept in the privacy of your client profile in our internal CRM system.

Any digging performed to repair, replace, or install piping in the ground is subject to your maintenance once the material is no longer exposed. This includes adding sod, pine straw, hay, or any other material that will prevent the newly dug trench lines or exposed areas from further eroding until the natural growth process takes over. We will make every effort to begin the process for you while performing work or provide materials as outlined in your work proposal, from there you will maintain.

DRAINAGE

Any drainage work performed by CMA Outdoor Services LLC will be warranted for one year from installation or repair. CMA Outdoor Services LLC reserves the right to assess any issues that may impact the performance of the drainage work. Natural erosion, weather issues, and debris may naturally impact drainage performance.

Upon assessing the issue, CMA Outdoor Services LLC may deem it fit to charge for any repairs within this one-year timeframe. Drainage work performed on any property is subject to our service team taking pictures or video as proof of performed work. CMA Outdoor Services will never compromise your privacy as part of this policy. This information is kept in the privacy of your client profile in our internal CRM system.

Any digging performed to repair, replace, or install materials used for drainage is subject to your maintenance once the material is no longer exposed. This includes adding sod, pine straw, hay, concrete, rock, or any other material that will prevent the newly exposed areas from further eroding until the natural growth process or artificial process is cured.

We will make every effort to begin the process for you while performing work or provide materials as outlined in your work proposal, from there you will maintain.

LIGHTING

Any lighting work performed by CMA Outdoor Services LLC will be warranted for one year from installation or repair. CMA Outdoor Services LLC reserves the right to assess any issues that may impact the performance of the lighting. Weather issues and debris may naturally impact performance. CMA Outdoor Services LLC is not responsible for any damage caused by lightning or power surges. Upon assessing the issue, CMA Outdoor Services LLC may deem it fit to charge for any repairs within this one-year timeframe.

CMA Outdoor Services LLC will honor any brand warranty within their specified timeframe and reasoning. Lighting work performed on any property is subject to our service team taking pictures or video as proof of performed work. CMA Outdoor Services will never compromise your privacy as part of this policy. This information is kept in the privacy of your client profile in our internal CRM system.

DEPOSIT POLICY

At CMA Outdoor Services, we may collect a deposit before work is performed. These funds are used to purchase materials in preparation for any work you have agreed to have completed. Costs for materials or machine usage charges are non-refundable. Deposits are typically non-refundable; however, CMA Outdoor Services will evaluate this on a case-by-case basis.

We pride ourselves on ensuring our clients are satisfied with our work and service. If work is not performed and a deposit has been collected, CMA Outdoor Services will evaluate on a case-by-case basis whether the deposit is refundable. Once a deposit is collected, it secures a spot on our schedule to ensure that work will be performed. If work is not canceled on time, this may result in the deposit not being refunded.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds on labor or materials will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Work performed must still be paid for. We do not refund deposits made towards any job. We stand by our work and preferred vendor materials. We are committed to rectifying any issues to the satisfaction of the consumer. As a family business, we strive to treat our customers like family. All approved refunds will be issued via check.

Please allow 7-10 business days for a check to be mailed to you if a refund is authorized by CMA Outdoor Services LLC.

CREDIT CARD DISPUTE POLICY

At CMA Outdoor Services, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and your satisfaction with the work performed is our top priority. We are eager to ensure your satisfaction and kindly ask that you provide feedback so we can address your concerns.

We will work with you to evaluate the situation before determining any refund. Credit card disputes are subject to a fee of $25. If a dispute is initiated, we may require your assistance to reverse it. CMA Outdoor Services will take necessary actions to recover monies owed for services provided and materials purchased.

OTHER SERVICE POLICIES

CMA Outdoor Services LLC uses 811 DIG to mark all lines and other underground cables. CMA Outdoor Services is not responsible for mismatched cable lines, phone lines, internet lines, or any other underground wires or cables that could impact service to your residential or commercial property. If you have an underground dog fence, you must notify CMA Outdoor Services LLC before work is performed.

CMA Outdoor Services LLC will provide you with a written letter of repair, so you may notify your local water company of any ongoing leak and request that any related fees be removed from your account.

CMA Outdoor Services LLC cannot assume responsibility for any leaks or other issues related to heavy water usage due to failed parts and materials. CMA Outdoor Services cannot guarantee that charges will be dismissed or removed on behalf of the homeowner or commercial property manager/lessee.
